Find a way, figure it out or get out of the way and let someone who can DO it.
How much time and energy do you try investing in justifying why something can’t happen? Did it ever occur to you that you are wasting someone else’s time? Instead, consider applying the same time and energy into how it could happen. Look, the average man is logical enough to know why it can’t be done. You know the guys I am talking about but if you’re looking to make a difference, be exceptional or even just get pay raise then DO more, have the courage to be remarkable. Even if your boss doesn’t treat you right for it, take the personal satisfaction of knowing you did a great job and that you will get your due.
Tell people what can be done and focus your energy on a solution, not the problem. This will be more about mental conditioning and your attitude. Press on yourself to keep moving forward and not hold up progress. While low hanging fruit is enjoyable, there is only a finite amount of it. If you want to increase your self-esteem, position in life and financial condition, become a “yes man!” No, not a toadie, by “yes man” I mean the guy who looks and finds the solutions, not the guy that’s “smarter” than everyone else because he knows it’s impossible. From employers to clients, people appreciate those who never give up and who always bring solutions to the table.
