Cardone Enterprises was created and is led by International Sales Training Expert and NY Times Best-Selling Author, Grant Cardone. His primary purpose is helping businesses and individuals succeed through information based selling.

Cardone Enterprises is located in Aventura, FL and primarily develops state-of-the-art visual and audio products as well as online platforms to enhance production through sales training.
CURRENT OPENINGS
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the complete financial reporting and accounting for assigned funds and related legal entities using Quickbooks Enterprise
- Preparing month-end, quarter-end and year-end working papers and reconciliations
- Preparing monthly distribution to investors
- Reporting daily capital raise to the team and maintain cumulative reports and graphs regarding such
- Review and process all accounts payable items
- Assist with providing information to the auditors and tax preparers for the legal entities and funds and distribution of Form K-1’s to investors
- Coordinate and seek financial information from our third-party property managers
- Responsible for recording inter-company due to/due from and maintaining them in balance
- Completing daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations, along with research and follow of unreconciled items, for assigned entities
- Adhere to established procedures for compliance and efficiency
- Provide required documentation and maintain appropriate source documents and other related records in support of all entries.
- Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications, coordinating information requirements.
- Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ability to seek out relevant information from others (i.e. co-workers, other employees in the office, banks, etc.).
Requirements:
- Four – year accounting degree with 2+-4 years’ experience
- 2+-4 years of experience in QuickBooks Enterprise
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and Advanced Word skill set
- Experience with multi-legal entity organizations
- Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
- Self-motivated, comfortable taking initiative and possess superior organization skills
- Experience in the real estate industry a plus

This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Aventura, FL
Job Purpose:
The Sales Development Representative position is primarily responsible for assisting Inside Sales & Marketing Agents as well as the Sales Executive Team in maximizing operational efficiency by performing daily tasks and special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Daily review of the leads provided from the different sources and funnels
- Call, email and used various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of the lead
- Provide the list of qualified leads to the team leaders of the team
- Builds relationships across all members of the Sales Team.
- Works on miscellaneous projects as directed by the Sales Director and Executive Team.
- Assists with the planning, follow through and execution of daily fixed tasks for the Sales Team such as lunch runs, coffee runs, coordinating shipments, etc.
- Performs general administrative duties such as TV casting, copying, typing correspondence, research and additional duties as needed.
- Assist the team leaders on different projects to increase the leads funnels

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling appointments and hosting virtual presentations.
- Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM.
- Meet daily KPI’s and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.
- Support a robust client portfolio with periodic Sales Meetings via web-hosting software.
- Strong knowledge of all administrative functions as well as well as mastery of our proprietary Sales Training platform.
- Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
- Become an ambassador of Grant Cardone Sales principles on an ongoing and never-ending basis.
Skills Required:
- Excellent project management and a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and communicate effectively with Business owners and C-Level executives.
- Must possess a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work in a high intense sales environment.
- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and effectively communicate high level sales concepts to prospects.
