Current Job Opportunities:

  • Client Performance Manager

    NY Times Bestselling author, radio talk show host and TV's TurnAround King seeks Client Performance Managers to service online university clients.

    The Client Performance Manager is the primary liaison for online training customers. This is a crucial role to our clients' success in utilizing our programs. The CPM will perform orientation walk throughs for new clients to show them how to use the program and will schedule additional training as needed by the client. The CPM will make check in calls to approximately 100 clients each month and will send them their usage reports and statistics. The CPM will ensure any questions the client has are answered and will ensure they are aware of any new content added and will make suggestions to  utilize in meetings and events that the client may be having. The CPM plays a vital role in customer retention and satisfaction through friendly communication.

    The successful candidate will have these attributes:

    -Familiarity with Multi-family real estate documents

    -Knowledge of underwriting documents and terms used on multi-family transactions

    -Familiarity in coordinating with Property Management Companies on existing properties.

    -Keeping LLC’s and entities up to date

    -Communication with Property Management Company on admin matters
