You need to take the job that you are in and become so exceptional that your employer decides that they need to give you more money or you need to go in business for yourself. Further this economy is good news if you are industrious, exceptional, have a positive attitude, can get attention and push and is great news for anyone who can stand up on their own and make a difference.
