About a month ago I was in my office reading about how there were so many people being adversely affected by the effects of the pandemic. I was shocked by the ensuing economic consequences ranging from business closures to job losses numbering in the millions in the United States alone, to say nothing of the number of newly unemployed people around the world.
It was then that I realized that something had to be done.
I sincerely believe that everyone has the capability to improve their circumstances in every aspect of their life whether it’s personal, professional or financial. This belief is what led me to write my bestselling 10X Rule which was the catalyst for the 10X movement that has spread around the world. In fact, it was that same book that inspired my annual Las Vegas event, the 10X Growth Conference, whose attendees number in the tens of thousands. This 10X challenge will help millions recover and rise up.
After my decision to create the challenge I got together with my 10X team and we put together a 10-day FREE coaching program in which I would come together with numerous celebrity guest speakers every day for a live event on Facebook. My goal for the 10X Challenge is to help people around the world improve all aspects of their lives especially those who have been affected by the pandemic and other events.
The name for the 10X Challenge came easy to me since it’s named after my 10X philosophy which covers the core principles that massive success requires massive action and that people must be willing to do what others are not in order to attain their financial and life goals.

I set the date for September 28th and I have committed to go live with everyone in the 10X Challenge Facebook group for an entire 10 days until October 7th. Each episode of the challenge will begin at 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time and set to last for one hour but if you know me then you know that I tend to over-deliver.
I am also excited to have my wife, Elena, by my side as a guest speaker on the 10X Challenge panel along with such an influential circle of people that I admire. It only took me 35 years to get to where I am today and the ability to collaborate with 14 incredibly talented celebrity guest speakers who have achieved remarkable success in their respective fields.
The all-star roster includes Daymond John from ABC’s Shark Tank, #1 New York Times bestselling author and former monk, Jay Shetty, fashion designer and international brand creator, Rebecca Minkoff, Miami hospitality entrepreneur, David Grutman, champion athlete trainer, Tim Grover and many others with additional guests which I will announce daily. While the approximate total cost to hire all these speakers would be in the millions, my 10X Challenge is completely free of charge to all participants.
During the 10X Challenge, for one hour every day, we will share our life stories, personal experiences, and our expertise along with techniques and strategies we use to gain and maintain phenomenal success, even today while so many others are struggling. We will also set daily goals for the attendees and then guide them through the process of achieving those goals.
The challenge is just about showing up every day and doing the work. No one is going to come to your house and make your dreams come true. You gotta show up and get after it!
