Rise Above The Noise

The late Maya Angelou said, “You are the sum total of everything you’ve seen, heard, eaten, smelled, been told, forgot- it’s all right there.”
Another way of saying that is “garbage in – garbage out.”  In the US just seven men are collectively responsible for the media influence from the following media outlets: ABC, NBC, CBS, the Turner Broadcasting System, CNN, MTV, Universal Studios, MCA Records, Geffen Records, DGC Records, GRP Records, Universal Records, Interscope Records, ESPN, Miramax Films and Touchstone Pictures.

The average person spends over four hours a day of television, radio, Facebook and YouTube with meaningless and idiotic posts and videos. Then you wonder why your people miss quotas, seem disengaged and lack motivation. Before you simply unplug from the digital nightmare, understand that you must replace the bad content with new content, as it is impossible to go into a vacuum.

Because of this I created Whatever It Takes Nation Digital Network. This is YOUR alternative resource for ideas, strategies and information. You can subscribe for free at WitNation.com and start to receive SOLUTIONS on your phone, computer or tablet.

I want to provide YOU, your family and your company with positive, upbeat content and not just the problems of the world.  Why do we call it whatever it takes?  Because it is for people that are willing to do Whatever It Takes and that starts with being so busy and so committed to success that you won’t allow yourself or your people to stream garbage, noise, hate mongering, and distractions into their minds.

There is so much great content here from articles to short clips and full video shows.  In the first week, Whatever It Takes Nation Digital Network launched with over 80 shows including Grant Rants, Cardone Zone, Young Hustlers, The G&E Show, Power Players and Women In Power.  This week I am dropping my interview with Joan Rivers and both Turnaround King shows.  Over the next month we will be introducing you to another dozen experts and guests like Chris Brogan, Jeff Gitomer, Brian Tracy, Evan Carmichael, Ilyce Glink, Katrina Campins John Lee Dumas, and more.

Over the next months we will add an unbelievable additional line up of talent that can help you in life and in business. Also in production are new reality series like Whatever It Takes –The Ultimate Job Interview, Mystery Shopper – The Retail Disaster, Boiler Room – Live Calls and bringing back Turnaround King.

These days more and more people are looking to Netflix and Hulu and are taking more control over what they see and when they see it. On WITNation.com you will find on-demand video programming on the topics that affect you, your business and your family; everything from business, career, education, finance, investing, money, marriage, real estate, small business, startups, venture capital and more, delivered by me and over twenty superstar experts and guests.

Rise above the noise. I challenge you to take my 7-day challenge with – no news, no watching dumb useless posts on Facebook or singing cats on YouTube.  This has nothing to do with making you better and everything to do with making you average.  You’re better than that. You want more than that; and that is why I created WitNation.com.

I look forward to seeing you there.

Be great! Nothing else pays.

Nature abhors a vacuum. Unless it’s a Dyson.
I have segregated my business connectivity from my social connectivity, keeping LinkedIn as my business outlet/input. I have several common contacts between LinkedIn and Facebook, but I make sure I do NOT access Facebook during work time. That way, only business-related announcements come my way during work, via LinkedIn; work anniversaries, change in employment, etc. that can influence how I interact with my business contacts are seen and evaluated.
There is no place in business for grumpy cats.

Great Grant. Looking forward to getting into it. Because I do a lot of marketing for myself and clients on Facebook and YouTube I am subject to some of the junk you talk about and even have found myself disperssed at times going off in some other direction. I think what you are doing is great. Looking forward to listening to you speak in Moscow this month too.
