- Digital Designer / Marketer (Full-time, On-site only)
Grant Cardone in Aventura Florida is looking for an experienced and talented Digital Designer / Marketer that has the PROVEN ability to create ads, web pages, banners, email templates, infographics, ebooks, animations, and other marketing materials that convey the “right message” that results in sales conversions.
We are an intense sales company and the ability to successfully craft the sales message in all possible digital formats is the KEY SKILL that must be clearly evident in your past experience and the talents you bring to the team on day one.
We are not looking for someone to sit and wait to be told what to create….YOU will be actively driving the business using your ability to communicate the offers, explain the value propositions and clearly convey product benefits of every online campaign, landing page and sales funnel with your marketing, communication and design skills.
DESIGN WITH RESULTS IN MIND – You have to believe a design that does not convert is a bad design regardless of what it looks like… And a design that converts can be ugly.

Hours: 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday.
Compensation: Generous salary plus monthly bonus based on department revenue after 90 day trial period is successfully completed.
