- Download the workable Excel file. You can open it with Microsoft Excel or import into Google spreadsheet as a template. Review 3 bottom tabs. Use “FOUR WEEKS CLEAN” tab spreadsheet to fill out your monthly content plan.
2. Download the PDF file, print it out and fill out your monthly content plan by hand.
