CLIENT PERFORMANCE SPECIALISTS

Job Description:

NY Times Bestselling author, radio talk show host and TV’s TurnAround King seeks Client Performance Specialist to service online university clients.

The Client Performance Specialist is the primary liaison for online training customers. This is a crucial role to our clients’ success in utilizing our programs. The CPS will perform orientation for new clients to show them how to use our program and will schedule additional training as needed by the client. The CPS will make check in calls to approximately 100 clients each month and will send them their usage reports and statistics. The CPS will ensure any questions the client has are answered and will ensure they are aware of any new content added and will make suggestions to utilize in meetings and events that the client may be having. The CPS plays a vital role in customer retention and satisfaction through professional communication.

Responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and customer loyalty. Will work with customers by phone to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.

Daily tasks include calling clients and helping them plan or understand the best ways to utilize our service based on the customer’s business needs. The position requires a full understanding of our company’s product inside and out in order to educate the customer.

Qualifications: NO DEGREE REQUIRED

Enthusiastic and friendly phone professional

Management / Leadership Experience required

Sales experience required

Knowledge of sales processes and business structure

Auto industry experience Preferred

Desire to HELP people

COMPETENT problem solver

Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs

Bilingual is a plus

Hours 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday

Compensation: $38K-$48K/year paid hourly
