Be different.

Your business is different today, tomorrow and everyday. Different times call for different measures. Different actions, different attitudes and different set of approaches are required for different circumstances. "Just get back to basics" is a common phrase to say, but this is NOT business as usual. This is naive thinking and has proven to be failure.
